阿尔斯通为荷兰Nuon Merwedekanaal 12发电站升级涡轮和压气机

This contract is part of an ongoing lifetime extension programme at the plant. GT13E turbine upgraded to E1 M The turbine blades and vanes of rows 1 to 3 will be replaced with Alstom‘s proven "M" technology blading featuring advanced airfoil designs, cooling concepts, alloys, and coatings. To fulfil individual market requirements, this upgrade allows customers at any time, with the same hardware package, to change the mode of the engine between "Power" and "Lifetime" operating modes. Improved efficiency When operated in the "Power" mode the turbine and compressor upgrades are together expected to deliver the customer approximately 8% extra gas turbine power output, and an efficiency improvement of at least 1.5% (multiplicative). In the lifetime extending "XL" mode more modest power and efficiency increases will be achieved, while the interval between C-inspections is lengthened from 24,000 to 32,000 Equivalent Operating Hours (EOH) - from 3 to every 4 years when continuously operated at baseload. Extended component lifetime means less parts replacement or reconditioning work will be required, and service intervals can be increased, thus reducing the overall maintenance cost of the turbine. Reduced maintenance downtime will mean increased availability resulting in increased production capacity and revenues. Compressor upgrade further boosts output and efficiency Together with the turbine upgrade, an improved compressor will be installed which will also contribute to increasing the plant‘s output. This compressor utilizes the highly efficient Controlled Diffusion Airfoil design adapted from proven GT24/GT26, GT11N2 and GT11NMC technology and used successfully in a large number of Alstom gas turbines worldwide. Each compressor stage is aerodynamically optimised to maximise efficiency and pressure ratio. The upgrades will be implemented during the next turbine C-inspection, scheduled for April 2008.[/COLOR]
