第三篇常用机构

研究对象:机构（平面机构、凸轮机构、间歇运动机构）

内容主要:机构的结构分析从分析机构的组成入手，研究机构的组成情况对其运动的影响，以及机构运动简图的绘制方法，为研究现有机构和创造新机构打下基础。常用机构及其设计从分析几种常用机构的工作原理和运动特点入手，研究根据给定运动和传力要求设计机构运动简图的基本方法。这里不涉及构件的强度计算、材料选择和结构形状设计等问题。

第9章平面连杆机构

 

定义：若干个刚性构件用平面低副联接而成的机构,也可称为平面低副机构。

 

优点：1.能够实现多种运动形式的转换，也可以实现各种预定的运动规律和复杂的运动轨迹，容易满足生产中各种动作要求；2.构件间接触面上的比压小、易润滑、磨损轻、适用于传递较大载荷的场合；3.机构中运动副的元素形状简单、易于加工制造和保证精度。

 

缺点：1.只能近似地满足给定的运动规律和轨迹要求，且设计比较复杂；2. 运动构件产生的惯性力难以平衡，高速时会引起较大的振动，因此常用于速度较低的场合。

 

命名:根据所含有构件的数目。如四杆机构，多杆机构(五杆机构、六杆机构)。本章主要研究平面四杆机构的类型、基本性质和设计方法。

9.3平面四杆机构的设计

设计类型：

1.实现给定的运动规律：给定行程速比系数以实现预期的急回特性、实现连杆的几组给定位置等。

 

2.实现给定的运动轨迹：要求连杆上某点沿着给定轨迹运动等。

设计目标：

根据给定的运动条件，选定机构的类型，确定机构中各构件的尺寸参数。

设计方法：图解法、实验法和解析法等。

凸轮机构的应用与分类

缺点:凸轮与从动件之间为点或线接触，故难以保持良好的润滑，容易磨损。

凸轮机构通常适用于传力不大的机械中。尤其广泛应用于自动机械、仪表和自动控制系统中。

凸轮机构的应用与分类特点：优点:只要正确地设计和制造出凸轮的轮廓曲线，就能把凸轮的回转运动准确可靠地转变为从动件所预期的复杂运动规律的运动，而且设计简单;凸轮机构结构简单、紧凑、运动可靠。

第12章齿轮传动

齿轮传动：用于传递任意两轴间的运动和动力。其圆周速度可达到300m/s，传递功率可达105KW，齿轮直径可从不到1mm到150m以上，是现代机械中应用最广的一种机械传动。

本章重点：介绍渐开线标准直齿圆柱齿轮传动的基本参数、几何尺寸计算、啮合传动条件以及设计思路和设计方法。
