机械设计基础课程是研究机械设计中的共性问题，是机械设计工程的技术基础，应用广泛。机械设计的程序，实际上是对《机械设计基础》所研究内容的系统应用过程。
工程上进行机械设计时，首先，将构件按照机械的工作原理要求组成机构；其次，分析各构件的运动情况及构件在外力作用下的平衡问题；第三，分析构件在外力作用下的承载能力问题，合理地选择材料、热处理，确定构件（零件）的形状、具体结构、几何尺寸、制造工艺；最后，绘制零件工作图，待加工。
传了一些视频资料，估计大家看得比较累，这有一些ppt课件，会对大家的进一步学习有帮助。
